TAKE IT
Place one half dropper (.5mL) under tongue for 30 seconds. Swallow.*
DOSE
Three times daily prior to meals or as directed by your healthcare professional.*
TIPS
Shake well before use. Do not eat or drink 15 minutes before or after taking the drops.*

STEP 2: ADD (2) tea bags and COVER. Remove from heat and let STEEP for 4 to 8 hours.*
